Relaxing And Soothing Bath

What You Need

  1. 3 parts chamomile
  2. 1 part hops
  3. 2 parts calendula
  4. 1 part instant oatmeal (dry)
  5. 1 part comfrey leaf
  6. 1 part comfrey root

How To Use

Mix the ingredients together and place a big handful or two in a large handkerchief or cotton bath bag. Tie it onto the tap of the bath and let the hot water flow through it for several minutes. Adjust the temperature of the water to suit you, untie the bag and allow the ingredients to float with you in the bath
